Live with 2 really chill girls in their late 20s - early 30s from California in a third story walkup just steps from Prospect Park! The area is so nice (hello farmer’s market!) and easily accessible. 5 min walks to 2/3 and Q trains. Also, walking distance to great bars and restaurants!

We do love an occasional party but for the most part we enjoy quiet nights especially during the work week. Each one of takes turns cleaning the apartment every week so it stays pristine.

Heat and water is included in rent. In unit LAUNDRY. Utilities are usually around $40-50/ month (more in the summer months) and we split costs for necessities.

Ideally you are a working professional who is considerate, CLEAN, pays bills on time, and friendly (we are living together after all!). Landlord requires a completed rental application, $75 application fee (for credit check / also non-refundable), 2 pay stubs, state ID, and recent tax return. Guarantors are accepted.

Once application is approved, security deposit and first months rent are due.

Roommate leaving is also selling her furniture in the vacant room, if interested!
