House sharing. I have one bedroom with private bathroom and living room (LOFT). House sharing means you can use all parts of the house except the Master Suite.
The loft living room is fully nicely furnished with a 56“ TV wih soundbar (see pictures). The main family room has an 86“ TV. I also have an office with 2 PC’s and 2 color printers.
Beautiful kitchen with island and bar stools, laundry room, huge pantry, beautifully appointed dining area with China cabinet.
Driveway parking and community pool.
No pets, no smoking, no drugs, no overnight guests.
