I need to move out of state due to a job change. Living in this place is so far so good. The lease will end at Jun 29, 2019, and I will move out at the end of Fabruary. The building was built in 2016, 1B1B, 805 square feet, and was managed by Newport Apartment. It is next to the Hamilton Park, very quite, 1 min walking to a brunch/sports bar and hamilton BBQ, 5 min walking to Key Food market, 3 min walking to New Thanh Hoai restaurant, which is my favorite Vietnamese Pho noodle.

Amenities: Basic furniture are available for you: Queen size bed & base, large table, a small desk, a floor lamp, and a chair. Washer & dryer are both on site and in room, a small fitness room, an outdoor public balcony. On-street parking is free, but parking space of the building is on waitlist.
