I’m looking for two roommates to share a 3 bed 2 bath condo in Cupertino. ~1117 sq. ft. There are two 12X10 rooms available with a shared bathroom. Currently, there are no pets, but I’m planning on getting a husky in the near future. Not sure if landlord is ok with additional pets. The difference in price is due to parking. There is only one assigned spot available. I’m still trying to figure out if its possible to buy another spot. Lease ends mid December 2019.
