The house is a two-story 4 bedrooms/2.5 bath townhouse in a very clean, safe, and quiet neighborhood. 10 minutes from Alameda Southshore shopping center and 10 minutes from Oakland Airport. Room will be available 2/1/2019.

About Us: We are a unit of seven Chinese adults Two adults live in the living room with have their own doors. The other four adults split the other three bedrooms. We are respectful, nice, and welcoming. We will not bother you. We are Chinese so we mostly cook Chinese food

Rent is $1200/month, includes water, gas, electricity, and garbage. $600 security deposit.
