It is a year 2000 spacious 5 bedroom 3 bathroom split level home with 2 decks, 2 living rooms, a kitchen and a dining room. Ignore the furniture in the photos, everything belonged to the previous owners (their sale photos). The rooms are now a neutral shade of cream.

The landlord is a phenomenal human, super cheeky, understanding, and on top of house worries, issues, and repairs.

15’ x 12’ Lower floor with its own entry via keyed glass sliding doors. It shares a bathroom with one other room. $750

You’d be living with 2 girls in their mid 20s, and 2 adorable cats. There is one parking space per room, however it is possible for a couple to double park a second car. The household is very low key and the house is well looked after.

Utilities are charged at $70/month and are due for annual review soon to see if they need to change. They include gas, electric, water, garbage, internet.

• There is no smoking inside the property or in the front of the house. Smoking ok in the backyard or on the decks so long as no smoke enters the house.
• Shoes don’t get worn in the house.
• First, last and $550 deposit. The deposit reserves the room, and first and last are due upon move in. Last month can be paid in installments if needed.
• We’re not open to new cats or dogs at this time.
