Young professional wanted to rent 2 private bedroom + bathroom combo in a spacious, sunny new build. House has stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, lots of storage space, AC and forced air, a gas fireplace, a backyard w/ patio, a cozy lounge/loft area, and has an overall warm and welcoming vibe. The bedrooms are on the small side, which is why I’m renting out both together. Your bathroom would be private. This option would be perfect for someone who needs an office or hobby room. You would have 2 roommates, including me. Both of us are mid-twenties and easy-going yet responsible.

Rent is all-inclusive and includes some great amenities: ● 1 garage space ● All utilities covered (electricity, gas, water, trash, sewer) ● High speed internet ● Use of all common areas: kitchen/dining room (including cookware, dishware, your own cabinet space, etc.), living room with a fireplace and TV, laundry room, cozy relaxing loft/lounge area, back yard + patio ● Storage space ● Access to the community clubhouse and pool (in the summer when it’s open) ● No expectations for help with outside maintenance/yard work

Looking for somebody responsible, trustworthy, considerate and respectful. Somebody who picks up after themselves and who will help keep common areas clean. Please no smoking, pets, or heavy parties. Credit check, background check, and proof of employment will be required. $250 security deposit.

Note: the house is still being built - estimated completion time end of March. Photos are of a different home of the same model (same rooms, same layout, same square footage), but will have different finishes - i.e. white cabinets and black counter tops.
