Room for rent in a 3 bedroom, 2 bath townhouse. Great location! Right in the middle of Costa Mesa across from the fairgrounds. Close to 55 and 405 freeways, $5 Uber to Triangle, 5 minutes to South Coast Plaza and less than 10 minutes to the beach.

About me: 30, female, work full-time and stay pretty busy. Usually at the gym after work or out with friends. Other roomie is a 30 year old male also into fitness and sports.

About you: late 20’s-late 30’s, respectful, responsible, clean, can pay bills ON TIME (preferably through Venmo) without an issue, busy, willing to contribute to the house(vacuum, take out trash etc when needed), no drama, no couples (occasional overnight guests are fine as long as everyone is respectful), non-smoker, no drugs, no pets(sorry we’re not supposed to have any- MIGHT consider a super cool cat if he gets along with my cat).

Looking for someone positive with good vibes! We’d like to all hangout once n awhile but also do our own thing most of the time.

About the house: 3 bedroom 2 bath 2 car Attached garage + 1 permit parking spot Washer dryer in unit Patio with BBQ Bi-weekly maid service included! Not a party house- please don’t bring the party home at 2am or have guests over all the time (occasionally is fine!) Movie nights or wine & game nights are cool with us

2 pools and a jacuzzi in the complex

I have a super cute Maincoon cat so must be cool with cats and give him occasional lovin. Or at least make sure he doesn’t get outside at night and get eaten by coyotes!

Room is on the smaller side Approx 11x11. Not sure exact dimensions.

Bathrooms- upstairs bathroom is shared by me and whoever moves in, downstairs bathroom is the other roomies.

Rent: $800 (due on last day of month through Venmo) Utilities: around $70 a month (due on the 15th through Venmo) Deposit: $800 Month-to-month with a 60 day notice both ways. (So if you’re moving out please give me 60 days notice and if for some reason I don’t feel you’re a good fit I will give you 60 days notice as well) Prefer someone who wants to stay at least 6 months though!
