West Buckingham Place

I have been living here for two years with two other guys. We all have our own large bedrooms and our own bathrooms. Very large living room as well. One roommate is moving out so looking to start a new lease in April. You can most likely move in early if willing to pay for that months rent. Rent is only $830 a month and is a steal.

It is located on Buckingham and Clark and is a 3 minute walk to the red line Belmont stop.

My roommate and I have no pets. The building is a very nice loft and if you need parking there’s parking in the building for an extra $200 a month. There is a laundry room right next to our unit. We are the only unit with a front door entrance directly into the unit which is very nice. We also have a very small balcony.

The area is very very nice with many bars,restaurants, grocery stores, regular stores and more. We both are 26 years old. He works in investments/stocks and I work in the technology industry. We are both clean, love video games, sports, and are also very laid back.
