Quiet and private 2-story condo with patio in Aliso Viejo. Would like working professional or full-time employee to rent private furnished room with own private bathroom. I have one indoor friendly cat. Parking inside condo community. Single occupants only - No overnight guests. Non-smoker, No drugs, but social drinking OK. Clean, considerate and respectful of your privacy and space. Small laundry room off kitchen with washer/dryer. Free internet, but asking $50 towards half of utilities. Prefer someone with similar hours up early and no very late nights. Walking distance to shopping, eating and theatre’s. Walking trails across street with park.

Current roommate will be gone and moved out by midnight 31 August, so move in as early as 01 September. There is only me and my cat otherwise living here.
