We are a couple who live in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in a safe, quiet, and gated complex. The apartment is located right next to San Jacinto College (central campus to be exact). Rent is $481.50 and the cost of light and wifi/cable will be split down the middle. I will gladly provide copies of the bills upon request. You will have your own private bedroom, walk in closet and bathroom, we will share the common areas ( kitchen, living room, plus washer and dryer).

A bit about ourselves, I am 27 years old and my girlfriend is 25, we work a lot and happen to be a lgbt couple and have a dog named Loki. Our dog is house trained so you do not have to worry about him stinking up the place and he is also extremely friendly. Our contract for this place ends in July so for those interested, this room will only be available for a couple of months. We are hoping to find someone or even another couple who are open minded with a steady income, clean background, and zero tolerance for drugs. We are 4/20 friendly though just don’t partake.

There will be no deposit necessary but we will come up with a lease and have you sign it. We just ask for the bare basics which are:

1. Always have your share of the bills ready on time
2. Clean up after yourself
3. Be lgbt and dog friendly
4. NO DRUGS

The pictures don’t do justice for this room since it is spacious and you can fit a queen bedroom set with dressers and all and still have plenty of space. By the way only the bedrooms have carpet, the rest of the apartment is wood floors. The bedroom is NOT furnished, and you can decorate it however you please just please be respectful and don’t make any quarter size holes on the walls.
