I am renting out the upstairs bedroom with its own private bathroom. We have a male roommate renting out the downstairs, but there is a shared kitchen and living room to share between myself and the upstairs prospect! Near Hayden, it is close to several elementary, middle and high schools of different tiers. We have gas heating but if you want A/C I suggest bringing your own to hook up in the window. No smoking, no pets, no couples (or Tinder dates). We like our home to be quiet, clean, and respected. We require first and last month’s rent up front and a security deposit (non-refundable) of $250. Total move-in cost by the 1st: $1,250.
