The room is furnished with a double bed, 6 drawer wood armoire, night stand and desk as well as a closet with double door mirrors. There is an adjacent and private bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The window faces a green grass and tree landscape. The utilities (electricity, wifi, garbage, water and sewer) are included in rent, The premises also include two gated pools and a large hot tub.

I do have two dogs. One 7 year old female Sheltie and one 4 year old female rescue black lab. Must be okay with dogs. No smokers.
