Rent is $1350 and the rooms are basically the same size, utilities are included in the price of rent. Deposit is negotiable, There is internet(cable if you should choose you want to pay for it), washer and dryer, no drama, people do not come and go(I try to keep my social life outside of the apartment). Im not super anal about things, I just ask you keep the place clean, pickup after yourself, and pay your rent on time. This is a great opportunity for people having a tough time passing a background check or have credit issues. I will not require you to fill out an application or anything like that, meeting prior will be required so we can get a feel for each other to see if it will be a good fit.
