Looking for female roommate to fill a private bedroom in an updated, beautiful 4 bedroom house with one female URI PhD student in her mid-twenties and two male working professionals in their 30’s. One is a designer and the other is an EMT. The house has a spacious living room with a large flat screen TV (perfect for game day!), a large dining room with a table that sits 6 people, and front and back porches that make the house ideal for entertaining in the summer. There is a duel kitchen with granite countertops, gas stove, a new dishwasher, built in microwave, and a stainless steel fridge. The house has beautiful hard wood floors throughout. The living areas are furnished while the bedroom is unfurnished. Outside there is a fire pit and barbecue grill available for use. The house has 1.5 bathrooms and a washer and dryer in the basement along with additional storage area in the basement. The room for rent is 12’x18’ with a front window and large closet. There are two very friendly cats that live in the home as well. On-street parking is located on the street outside the house. The street is very quiet and there is little traffic noise.

The house is located in near the vibrant Broadway district, within walking distance of popular bars, restaurants and nightlife, as well as a short bike ride to the beach. We are looking for serious inquiries only and care about finding a great fit for our home. The lease starts March first and is available March 1st. The cost of utilities is shared by roommates (water, electric, gas, oil, wi-fi). We look forward to hearing from you!
