I own a 3 bedroom 1 and .5 bathroom townhouse with fenced back yard/patio. You would have your own parking spot right in front on street. 5 min drive to Waterworks and about 10 to dahntahn. Private room with access to TONS of closet/storage space throughout the home and use of spare room for guests. Full kitchen with dishwasher and fully stocked with cookware. Washer/Dryer-Central Heat/Ac and everything included (water-utilities-internet).

It’s just me and my two cats, Munk and Natch…they’re as loveable as their names. I’m really outgoing but enjoy my personal time. I work 2-10:30pm so that affords someone with a typical 9-5 schedule to have plenty of alone time. Very laidback but respectful, realistic, reasonable. I love music and comedy shows and concerts; big on karaoke and all things relaxing!
