There are many pros and cons to this area. It is an apartment complex, so obviously you have to deal with other people. However, the apartments are sturdy, and there are no bugs. Laundry Mat is onsite, but there are no in-units. The location is perfect for going to woodruff, hitting 85, downtown, and Augusta. Greenville Technical College is close by also. I have already lived here for almost a year, and haven’t ran into many problems at all. I am a college student and work full time, so I won’t be much a bother to you. The internet and power are hooked up to my name, so whenever you move in it won’t be much hassle. You do need to pass a background check and I would only ask for $500 a month to cover all utilities and rent. You would get your own bedroom and bathroom. If you do have a pet, you would need to pay the pet deposit.
