Smokies Ridge

AaWe have a beautiful home located on the top of a mountain. It’s 5 bedrooms 3 bathrooms and electric, cable, WiFi, and water is included. The room for rent is 400sq foot with two huge walk-in closets. I had the closest turned into separate rooms at one point using one as a craft room and the other as a playroom so the two closets are very large. The room alone is as big as a small apartment. Also has a large room located right outside the bedroom which is currently a playroom but can be used as a large living room if tenets want to do this rent will be 1,000 instead of 800 and will give you two large living areas with water, electric, WiFi, cable, all included! Our 13 year old daughter has the bedroom located across from room for rent so we prefer a woman tenet with child or a married couple. We request that first months rent and 800 deposit be paid upfront. 1,600 to move in unless you want the large living space as well and then 2000 upfront. Smokers welcome but only allowed to smoke outside. Also welcome elderly people as I’ve worked in the medical field taking care of elderly for over 10 years.
