Hello there!

I am a 28 year-old, quiet, clean, respectful gay male looking to rent out a bedroom in East Nashville.

I am looking for someone who is also respectful and quiet, who cleans up after themselves, who is responsible and who pays the rent ontime. A grad student or a working professional would be ideal.

The house is new. The bedroom is upstairs on the second floor and comes with a brand new queen bed and a new mattress. You share your upstairs bathroom with the other bedroom. There is also a half bathroom downstairs that you can use. The house is 2000 sq ft, so there should be more than enough room for the three of us.

I have a nice washer/dryer that you can use. I have high-speed internet, (we can upgrade if needed), but no Cable, (open to discussion). There is parking, but it’s not covered by a roof. There is also a roof-covered deck. New stainless-steel appliances. I have a self-monitored security system that I can install, if that is important to you.

No pets. No drugs. No smoking. After 10:00pm, I expect quiet.

The house is in East Nashville, close to Trinity and Dickerson Pike. It’s a 10-minute drive to downtown with no traffic. 11 minutes to Vanderbuilt, 12 minutes to Belmont, 9 minutes to Five-Points, 6 minutes to Kroger. I work in Clifton/Southwest Nashville, and it takes me about 16-18 minutes to get to work in the morning.

$725 for the larger of the two available rooms, (I also have a smaller one available for $650)
