All new appliances, tile floors, carpet, fans, etc. You would have your own bedroom, bathroom, and parking spot. All utilities included in rent. I’m a 40 year-old male professional who works M-F 9-6:30 and every other Saturday.

I’m home quite a bit, but I go to the gym a few times a week and do some other things. I’m not much of a partier, so I’m hoping for someone who’s the same way. I’m pretty clean, so would appreciate that quality as well.

Open to a male or female roommate. Pets might be ok depending on the pet. Stackable washer and dryer available to use as well. Community has small pool, workout facility, and hot tub.
