I have a beautiful FULLY FURNISHED bedroom with matching queen-size bed, nightstand, and dresser/mirror; with spacious walk-in closet. However, you are always welcome to bring in your furniture that you would like to use. The bedroom is located on the 2nd floor. I don’t have any preference with the renter’s sexual orientation; however, since all of us in the house are females (including the other two female tenants in their 50’s and 60’s of which we treat each other like a family) I would prefer to offer the bedroom to a FEMALE. The house is located in a safe and great neighborhood in Pflugerville. We have spacious backyard to hang out and enjoy reading your favorite books, chat with fellow tenants, barbecue/grill and even enjoy your favorite wine. We have game room as well. The bedroom has semi-private toilet/bath, I would say it is semi-private because you will be sharing it with one female tenant. Me and my husband are both professionals. We have an 8-month old baby. I am a Doctor in Nursing Practice graduate student and currently working as an RN. We are friendly people. We are neither strict nor lenient but definitely will not allow wild partying in the house. You are open to use the kitchen anytime granting that you responsibly wash dishes and kitchen stuff after each use and put them away. Every year we always win the HOA’s Best Xmas Deco. We treat you as a family member, so RESPECT plays a vital role in our relationship in the house. We maintain peace and harmony. Thank you and have a wonderful bedroom search ;-)
