I have a 12’ x 10’ unfurnished room with a private bath for rent in a 3 bedroom, 2 bath house in a quiet, established neighborhood in West Kyle. The backyard is very nice, with a large patio area and an inground pool. The home is only 10 minutes from San Marcos and 15 minutes from Central Austin. There’s plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby, HEB Plus, Target, Wal-Mart Super Center, Home Depot, Lowes, Starbucks, new ACC campus, and EVO movie/ bowling.

I’m looking for a single, clean, professional and responsible housemate. No couples, no drugs, no felonies and no pets. Neatness is a big plus. The common areas of the home include a washer/dryer, open living room and kitchen. I’m an independent, straight, mature, responsible, laid back, drama free and clean single male that enjoys cooking and grilling, exercise, mountain biking and other outdoor activities. I’m very easy to hang out with but won’t be offended if you prefer to keep to yourself.

Please have a steady income, and you must agree to a background check. MUST be someone who pays on time and cleans up after yourself. Rent will be $775.00, which includes utilities, with a $350.00 refundable security deposit and must be willing to commit to a minimum 6 month lease agreement.
