I am looking to share living costs in a house in Oldsmar that I live in. Looking for an older female, 60 or older to share living expenses. No smoking/drugs, no pets. It is a 4 bedroom/2 bathroom single story completely remodeled (2018) house in a quiet neighborhood. Bedroom is available as furnished or unfurnished (new mattress available for purchase that is currently in the room). Outside parking in driveway available. Use of 2 bedrooms is available. Close to stores, restaurant, gym, gas station and movie theater. I love to cook, read, am tidy and outgoing. My son will be vetting all potential roommates prior to my meeting them.
