I just purchased my home a year ago, and most of it came remodeled. It is in a great safe neighborhood perfect for walking/running and living an active lifestyle. It is also close to all shopping areas. I am looking for a person to rent one of my bedrooms (female only due to family that visits). You can choose which bedroom and whether or not you want it furnished. You have so many options! :) The room will be ready by February 1st.

Me: I am a professional who works normal hours Monday through Friday and I have weekends off. I am quiet, overall, very clean, private and try to stay busy when I am not working. I do not smoke anything and live a pretty healthy lifestyle.

The house is in an established Roseville neighborhood and all the neighbors are very nice and quiet. I have two rooms for you to choose from but I only want one roommate. They are both about 10’ x 10’ in size but different shapes. One room is darker as it does not have much sun light (see attached picture with king size bed currently) and the other is super bright and faces the East side of the house. I did not post a picture as it is my current catch all room. If you have your own furniture that is great, but if not, I planned on decorating the room anyway, so lets figure that out. I will include a picture of what I planned to do to the room so you can decide what you want. I do not have any animals at the moment, but plan on getting a dog at some point soon. You will have the hall bathroom to yourself and it has plenty of storage for your things.

You: A professional or student, quiet as well and someone who can keep their area clean. No smoking allowed of any kind, no pets and I realize you will want friends to visit etc., since it will be your home as well. I am very reasonable so let’s talk about that together! I will want a very recent credit report you print out and prior rental references. Please be a responsible, respectful person.

I am asking $700/month, and $700 deposit. This price includes all utilities including t.v. If you want a t.v. in your room, it may be a few dollars more to add a receiver etc.
