About the room
Busy professional seeking roommate for home in Cedar Park-Westside Preserve. I actually have two bedrooms available. Bedroom #1 fully furnished plus TV, Cable DVR box, computer desk etc. Bedroom #2 (a second smaller adjacent bedroom is also vacant and can be included if you’re interested). It can be used for whatever you’d like. Ex: If you have a child -OR- just want the extra personal space, I’d be happy to include both rooms in the lease. We can discuss additional cost for the two room option. I’ll work with you! Lease includes a full size private bathroom as well. In-garage parking for your car also!!
Great one story home (2,200 sq ft) in a great neighborhood. Perfect floor plan for roommates. New furnishings throughout house (including all new high-end Samsung appliances etc). A dog is welcome! In fact my miniature Aussie would love a roomie of his own!! My only household rule is no smoking.
