Hi There! I’m looking for a roommate to take over my current roommate’s side of the apartment! It’s a 1b1b but the bedroom is fairly large and has a very open space! The living room is furnished all that would be needed is a bed and anything else you wish to bring! The apartment is right next to the D/K bus stop, about a 45 minute walk to campus! Very safe and quiet neighborhood! The only things not included in rent are PGE (I’m very frugal about energy use so per person the bill is usually less than 25$ per month) and I’m open to negotiating splitting private wifi because the wifi from the apartment complex isn’t the best.

I’m a recent UCD grad who is taking a gap year and saving up for grad school but I loved davis so much I didn’t want to leave. I currently work two jobs, one as a preschool teacher and the other for UCD (it’s remote). I’m out of the house most of the day and most weekends, I’m really quiet but chatty once we get familiar. I love to read and crochet and binge watch trashy reality tv! I look forward to hearing from anyone who’s interested!
