About the room
This is a low income apartment, only about 5 years old. The amenities are still relatively new for such a new building. Quiet, family oriented. Beautiful community room, kids play are, grill, and community computer lab great for students.
I pay internet and 1/3 of the total rent because I am a student finishing my last year of undergraduate studies.
Because it is low income you will have to fill out paperwork with the manager, they will need pay stubs and bank statements but my brother in law will go in with you. If interested let’s set up a date when you and he can see the manager together since it’s my brother in law and sister’s side of the lease. The rent may adjust lower after the paper work has been looked at and the lease as been recertified.
You will also be given the energy bill, which due to solar panels, has been as low as 32 dollars.
Internet and netflix are available to you for free since I pay both.
It may even be possible for you to share the room with another person, if so be sure to bring the other person to pick up any necessary paperwork.
