Landlord is a working professional female in 30s lives in master room. Two working professional male roommates (20s) live in two other bedrooms sharing one bathroom. We all are respectful working adults, clean up after cooking. No guest, no drinking/smoking/drug/party/pet. Kitchen, dining and laundry room are common area. Light cooking is allowed. You would love my place if you like clean and organized environment. My place is close to Oak Point Park & Nature Preserve, Collin College Spring Creek Campus, LA fitness, University of Texas at Dallas, Downtown Plano, George Bush Turnpike, US-75.
