I have a room in north Austin, Wells Branch, zip code 78728, near the corner of Burnet Road (FM-1325/ Mopac) and Shoreline Drive (Near Shoreline church). It belongs to Travis county. It is available now, you can move in tonight, This is a two stories house. Nice and safe neighborhood. Room is 16’ x 16’, fully furnished, which is available for you to move in NOW. The room has keyed door lock for privacy. Room has ceiling fan, a full size bed with new bed set, comforter, pillows, an arm chair, a small table. Also a desk, a chair, and a closet (furniture must stay in the room). Your room has a high speed, secure, Time Warner wireless internet, and a 20’“ TV with 250 channels and Cinemax/HBO/Showtime etc… (which is more channels than you can watch). 2 new tiled bathrooms in the house which is nice and clean. You have your own parking space to get in get out any time. Washer and Dry is in the house. The main kitchen of the house is big with new microwave. You have your own full-size refrigerator and a pantry in kitchen for cooking. BBQ pit, gas grill in the back patio you can use. Rent is $790/month with all bills paid. It is a month-to-Month rental, but long term renters preferred. When you move in, it has one time $300 deposit, and $110 processing fee (Totally you need $1,200 in cash or money order to move in). Male or female is OK. You must have proof of employment outside of the house. No “Internet work at home people”. No kids. No pets. No drug. No severe alcoholic problem. No drama. No party with guests, No “noisy musicians”. Girlfriends or boyfriends visit on weekends is OK, but the room size is for one person only (not for couple living together). Nice to each other, and professional atmosphere inside the house. Mature and responsible people 30-60 with car/truck preferred. The nearest bus station, or metro rail station is 2 miles away. Income will be verified.
