Looking for a female roommate for a fully furnished bedroom in a 2 bed, 1 bathroom apartment on walk street in Hermosa Beach, 1/2 a block from the beach. The apartment is a few blocks from the pier, shops and restaurants, has a spacious front patio, and there are washers and dryers in the building. Rent is $1500 a month plus Edison, which usually is $30-50 depending. Household supplies are split. Internet is included. You will have a private bedroom and there is a shared bathroom. There is a parking space in a garage we share. No pets please. About me: I’m a 26 year old working professional, getting my masters online. My usual work hours are 8-5. Looking for another working professional who’s clean, laid back, doesn’t bring the party home and easy to get along with. The apartment is available February 1. Females only please.
