Hello!

We are two late 20s females looking for third roommate to join our established house (with yard). We both work two jobs and spend the late evening relaxing or sometimes go out with friends. We would like a third roommate who is a kind and creative person, who is financially stable, doesn’t have pets (we already have a cat), and wants to contribute to our drama-free home. We both occasionally drink and smoke (both formats).

We are looking for someone who will split utilities or pay a fixed rate (electric, gas, internet, water/trash) along with rent. In addition, we need someone who will pay a deposit then join our lease when it re-ups end of February. If that’s you, we welcome move in any time prior to this date.

The private room has access to the kitchen, living rooms (with fireplace), and outside. Bathroom is shared with one roommate. Chores are also shared. Grocery shopping is each person’s own responsibility. We have a stove, fridge, microwave, and oven. Place already has furniture only need items for room (bed, dresser, etc). Ample street parking and super close to ASU.

Our interview process looks for references, if you vibe with us, proof of income, and initial payment up front.
