Hi, I am looking for a new roommate. First floor apartment, spacious, pet friendly (without fees!). I have one cat and one dog, they’re both around 9 years old. There is a lovely little porch area available to us. The landlord lives upstairs, every issue I have ever had has been taken care of in a prompt, usually same-day, manner.
