My place is Peaceful and private in a very safe neighborhood. House is light and bright with large bay windows that offer stunning views all day of San Diego Bay/ yacht club and watch the moonrise over Coronado bridge! Minutes walk to La playa and Kellogg beach. Private backyard for sunning or reading. Air conditioning , clean furnished and well maintained. Walk to Local restaurants, book store, post office and Point Loma seafood, 10 minutes drive to Downtown San Diego, 5 minutes to SD airport. Plenty of on street parking and a enclosed garage space. Non smoker a must. I enjoy my yoga, mediation, healthy living, green juice and my only bad habit is a glass of wine, so a like minded woman is preferred.
