Hello! I am looking for a someone to take over my lease at the beginning of February or earlier. I live in a three bedroom house with one shared bathroom. My roommate only wants one roommate, so the third bedroom is used as a guest bedroom. This provides plenty of space and privacy. My room is the master bedroom. It is light, comfortable, and spacious. The bathroom is shared, but my roommate is clean and considerate. Kitchen is spacious with freshly painted cabinets. Living area is fully furnished. There is a large, double backyard and a laundry room with working washer and dryer. My roommate has a gentle, well-behaved dog. The neighborhood is clean and safe, right by Penn Square Mall with easy highway access.
