4 bedroom, 2 Story House in Rincon Valley, Santa Rosa. Central location just a few minutes driving from many grocery stores, shopping, downtown Santa Rosa, and Spring Lake Park.

The room is about 10x10 feet and includes a closet. The room has several windows, lots of natural light. The bathroom is shared, however, it has 2 sinks, 2 medicine cabinets, plenty of under-sink storage, and a door separating the shower and toilet. There is an additional half bath downstairs.

The room is $590 a month, and the security deposit is $500

• Fully stocked kitchen - pots, pans, plates, glasses, etc (you are welcome to bring whatever you want as well)
• Kitchen with tons of counter space, great for someone who likes to cook.
• Furnished common areas, living room, kitchen, dining
• Balcony with seating
• Air conditioning and heater
• Side patio with BBQ, chairs, small table; gated off
• Storage space available in the garage, as well as in the bathroom, and cabinets/closets throughout the house
• Consistently available street parking right outside the house. *One of your roommates will be a cute puppy

The room will be empty and well cleaned before new roommates arrive (carpet cleaning, dusting, etc).

LOCATION AMENITIES:

• Brush Creek Trail and Flat Rock Park are basically your front yard. Great walking/running/biking trails.
• Short walk or drive to Howarth Park and Spring Lake
• 5 minutes to several grocery stores, Safeway, Oliver’s, Whole Foods
• 10 minutes to Santa Rosa Ave shopping (Costco, Trader Joe’s, Target)
• 10 minutes to downtown Santa Rosa
• 5 minutes to freeway entrance

PETS: No pets, sorry. We currently have one dog living here, but that is all we’re allowed to have.

HOUSE VIEWINGS: Usually we’d do in-person tours, but with the current world situation, we’d like to do some sort of virtual tour first to show people the house and to have them chat with the roommates. The details of this can be worked out with each person, whether it be over Skype, Zoom, etc. If it seems like a good fit, we’ll invite you over to view it in person as a follow-up. The pictures attached to this post are current and should provide a good feel for what the house is like.

RENT COST: $590 per room per month, plus utilities split 5 ways: Water, Garbage/Recycling Pickup, PG&E, and Comcast. Prefer to handle all rent and bills through Venmo.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: $500

DATE AVAILABLE: Roommate leaves August 15th, needs a few days for cleaning. Move-in ready roughly August 20th, although this date is adjustable. Hoping to find someone before September 1st, but we can work with you if it’s the right fit. This is a sublet situation that is just managed by the current roommates, your security deposit is buying out the previous person

Rent will be pro-rated if you move in on any day other than the 1st of a month.

CURRENT ROOMMATES:

Currently occupied by 2 males and 2 females, ages 24-30, working full time. The master room is shared by a couple, but they have their own bathroom, differing schedules, etc. The puppy also lives in this room but will wander the house from time to time. There is plenty of common space in the house, and there are never conflicts for needing kitchen space, bathrooms, anything like that. We’re pretty laid back and looking for a friendly new roommate. Everyone here is nice, clean, and respects each other’s space as needed. Into an active lifestyle as much as a quiet night in. Gym, rock climbing, reading, cooking, hikes, live music, a good beer or wine, etc, we’re up for most things. 3 of us are currently working from home due to COVID-19, and the other is working in-person but in a very socially distanced position. There are no specific rules or anything around the house, everyone just does their part. We’re all friends here and looking for someone who is of a similar age (~25-35) to hang out with us, but everyone is also respectful of when you just need your personal space. Ideally looking for someone who is working still.
