We are long term happy renters at Azure, Lakeville Square in Petaluma and are looking for a great man or woman housemate. This awesome Townhouse is located one hour North of San Francisco and a half hour South of Santa Rosa. The Azure complex is only a short walking distance from lake-filled Shollenberger Park and a 5-minute drive from Helen Putnam Park, both great places for walking and hiking! 10 minutes away from downtown, Petaluma is known for its charm, many shops, and fantastic restaurants.

This high-end beautifully modern Townhouse is clean, large (3 floors) and includes 3 Bedrooms, 3.5 Bathrooms, shared state-of-the-art Kitchen (cookware and dishes provided), Dining Room, Living Room, plus Washer and Dryer (near bedrooms).

The house has wireless internet and a shared large flat screen TV with cable. The Azure complex boasts 2 Pools, 2 Jacuzzis, 4 Built-In Gas Barbecues, 2 Gyms, and a Club House with billiards for entertaining friends and family PLUS an optional raised garden bed for those who wish to garden. Anytime Fitness Athletic Club is a 5-minute walk from the complex.

Parking is attached, shared and a few steps from the entryway. Off street parking, also steps away from the Townhouse front door.

About us - We are two easy going professional women looking for a male or female housemate who is clean, responsible, mature, a non-smoker and respectful. We are also respectful, clean, responsible, outgoing and very easy to get along with! Both of us are into healthy cooking (primarily Paleo), local hikes and I have a 20 pound, medium size dog, Corgie mix who was trained by a professional dog trainer. He (Ollie), is kept clean and is a very well-behaved 7-year-old “pup”!

Bills are paid on time and we keep the place neat and are looking for someone who can do the same! Sorry, no pets/couples/smoking. Our ideal housemate would be a full-time employed professional who works outside the home with decent habits, no drama, no drugs, no pets or parties. Occasional sleepover guests are welcomed!

Rent is month-month, due on or before the 1st. First month and last months rent (can be divided into 2 payments) plus a $150 refundable damage/cleaning deposit. Please provide at least one personal and one employment reference and proof of income to the Azure complex office (see their website, http://www.liveatazure.com/). Background and credit check will be required.
