I have a room for rent in a 3 bdrm house. The house is really cute, in a safe, gated area in the north side of San Antonio. About 5-7 minutes to La Cantera, 9 minutes to I-10, 5 mins to UTSA.

Room is a really spacious size, you can fit a queen size bed/dressers/tv comfortably. Spacious closet. Washer/dryer available. Clean kitchen. Cute backyard for the summer. Safe and gated area. Close to shops/food. parking available. Internet/cable available too.

Rent is $575 plus utilities. The room is unfurnished and is available in February :)

Looking for female roommates in the area preferably like-minded young professionals or students. Hopefully friendly, clean and easy going. I am a female, young professional and have a sweet dog Pete, who stays with me. He’s shy and basically follows me around lol.
