Building is directly across from Prospect Park and around the corner from all amenities (coffee shops, grocery store, bodega, UPS, multi-ethnic food) and express Q/B train into Manhattan, B41/42/16 buses, great location for bicyclists, joggers, walkers:

• Room has one proper set of south facing windows towards rear of a large pre-war elevator building with live-in Super
• 15 x 16 ft floor space
• Ample room for large bed, couch, desk, wardrobe and additional floor space.
• Bike storage in apartment hallway
• 4 other hardworking roommates (2F/2M) in their mid-30’s who are employed full time, work variable schedules and are generally just home to sleep and relax. We include a journalist, 2 medical professionals and a beverage industry pro. Caveats:
• The room is directly off of the large, shared eat-in kitchen and situated near the apartment entrance so this is not recommended for a light / early sleeper who will be bothered by routine, everyday comings and goings of other flatmates.
• Common full bathroom is shared with 3 others
• well behaved, non-barking dogs are acceptable, sorry no cats due to allergies.
• No parties, no smoking, no drugs, no loud music - we like to maintain a clean, quiet, relaxing space for folks with stressful jobs. Must be LGBTQ friendly.
