About the room
My roommate is moving out in October so I’m looking for someone to replace him. Earliest move in date is October 15th. The apartment is on the 18th floor of Carson tower, facing south towards Carson Beach. It’s a 2 Bedroom, 1 Bath and the available bedroom is the Master Bedroom. Building amenities include gym, laundry and business center in the lower floors. Hardwood floors. The current lease ends June 30th at which time we can decide whether to renew or not.
