A two bedroom, one bathroom apt in the heart of Long Beach - one block from retro row and 4 blocks from the beach. The apt has a garage and a tandem parking spot, which is GOLD in Long Beach. Also has a private washer and dryer in the unit, also GOLD in Long Beach. I am a working professional, in my mid twenties, pretty quiet and just looking for someone with a similar lifestyle. My old roommate had to move for work, but I love this place so much, I want to try and find someone to fill their space. I do have a small yorkie, she’s 7 & hypoallergenic. I’d like to keep it at just having her, but if you have a pet & they get along, we can maybe work something out. I have mostly everything already furnished except the bedroom- but when my roommate moves, they may be willing to sell you some of their things - also something we can discuss! *The move in date is kinda flexible, but has to be after Feb 14!
