It is about a 10-15 minute in-town drive to Emory, GSU, Grady, and AMC. Other universities and hospitals are easily accessible. The condo is near MARTA bus stops and about 1 mile from the Edgewood/Candler Park MARTA station. The condo area is gated, has a back deck, small yard, reserved parking, and a pool.
