81 Street

The apartment is located in Brooklyn, New York in the Bensonhurst area. It is five blocks (5 minute walk) from the D train on 20th avenue. Near the train stop there’s a McDonald’s, Baskin Robbins, Dunkin Donuts, Starbucks and more. It is a well lit area and safe to walk even late at night. It is about 40 minutes from Manhattan and you can easily transfer trains. There are a few gyms located nearby (24 hour fitness, NYSC, Planet Fitness and Dolphin Fitness).

The room is well lit during the day facing the street and it is located on the second floor of a three story building. There is a queen size bed, ceiling fan, full size closet, air conditioning and heat included.

The apartment has new hard wood mahogany cabinets, a shared dining table, third bedroom used as a shared living room (which is barely used). We’ve never had an issue with pests!

We are a couple looking for a roommate who would love to join the Brooklyn community. We love living in this area because it’s quiet and great for decompressing after a long day. It also has a great diversity of people. All we ask is that all individuals maintain a clean, healthy and safe living space.
