Space: Eat in kitchen with plenty of storage. No other living room. Room can be lightly furnished or empty. Full closet in room. Access to basement laundry. One floor up. Elevator building. Good light - street facing window. Roommate (myself )& dogs frequently gone on weekends 2-3 weekends per month.

*Looking for someone who loves small dogs. I have two morkies - they don’t shed. Super cute but quite affectionate. Possible preference to someone who is home during the day as in hospitality industry, student, etc but open to all!

Roommate search: please no smoking /420 at home. Preferably don’t intend to have frequent overnight guests/ no dishes for more than a day. Friendly roommates plus a quieter at home vibe is nice. Open to sharing dinner or having wine together. Going out to jazz. Etc. Pets in addition are case by case. Thanks!

Please note: this apartment is definitely a great find but it’s not super quiet at all times. It’s street-side, only on the second floor, and there’s a park/ basketball court across the street. The puppies and I love having the park across the street, especially when it’s full and green. I think the price and accessibility make it worth it!

Building neighbors are incredibly friendly, super is nice and attentive (he takes packages in at night and even delivers to the door sometimes), and a most beautiful historic gilt lobby.

Me: I’m 37 F. Love art, jazz, languages, and preschool education. I like both dressing up and staying in pjs most of the day. I like cooking to share, wine, a good show or book. I started at a preschool in August and have a second job as well. I have a home upstate and like to go out of the city a couple times per month depending on my schedule.
