Shelburne Drive

I’ve moved to the Rockford area recently for a job promotion. I’ve rented a house over on the SE side of the city. 3 beds, 2 baths, 2 car garage, full basement (unfinished). While I want the benefits of a nice house, I don’t want to pay for the extra rooms I don’t need, so I’d like to find a roommate to offset some of the cost.

I’m a construction engineer. For leisure I’m a homebrewer, weight lifter, amateur chef, board game player. I don’t have any pets currently, but I like both cats and dogs. Unfortunately, cats are not allowed. Dogs are allowed, but with a significant security deposit.

I’m clean in the common areas, and I expect the same from a roommate.

I’m open to making deals on the rent, such as extra chores in lieu of some cash.
