BEDROOM & EN SUITE BATHROOM - Located on the second (top) floor. There are no shared walls, which allows optimal privacy. There is an attached 4 piece en suite bathroom with Granit counter tops! The room is furnished with a queen size bed, night stand, nightstand lamp, black out curtains and a 32 in flat screen TV. High Speed Internet is available in your room! We are open to allowing you to bring your own furniture

STORAGE - We have addition storage available in our unfinished basement..

KITCHEN - We don’t cook and we don’t want to spend time maintaining a heavily used kitchen. Please keep this in mind while considering renting this room. We are takeout and microwave/air fryer, frozen pizza in the oven kind of people. If you need to meal prep or cook daily this is not a good fit for you. You will have a designated space in the kitchen to store food and personal kitchenware. We do have all the cooking utensils, plates, bowls, silverware and cups available for you to use. We also have a coffee bar with a Keurig K-cup coffee maker. Please feel free to reach out with questions regarding use of the kitchen.

LAUNDRY - We have a washer and dryer located on the second floor that you will have access to. There will be a dedicated space in the Laundry Room for you to store your laundry supplies. PARKING - There is street parking available on the west side of the street only. Our home is on the west side of the street, you can usually park right out in front of the house.

QUIET HOURS - 10:00PM - 8:00AM.

ABSOLUTLY NO - Illicit or illegal drugs!

SMOKING - We do not permit smoking of cigarettes or cigars on premises. Please keep all vaping outside.

PETS - We have a small pug, her name is Lola. She will be excited to meet you! Sorry, NO PETS Allowed.
