I am seeking a young female professional to lease my apartment room for one year from 1/6/2019. The room is about 140 square feet, but also includes two nice sized closets (one walk in with compartments for storage) and a large private bathroom. Kitchen and Family room will be shared between 2 Rooms.
Key Details: -$1426/month + utilities -Water included in rent price. Other utilities on average about $100-150 per month. -Target move in date around Jan 6th
Amenities: -Indoor garage parking (one spot per roommate). Fully gated with remote access for increased security -Pool, 3 jacuzzis, gym, and computer room -Communal spaces include full kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, oven, etc.)
