Utilities are handled with a flat rate of $90/month, this includes electric, water, lawn care, and internet.
Animals are welcome but incur an additional $50/month pet fee.
Bathroom is shared with 2 other people.

House was completely remodeled with brand new kitchen and bathrooms not too long ago.
This is not a party home, this is a great spot for young professionals to relax after work and on the weekends. All current roommates are young working professionals. Located on a pond with large backyard.
