South Echoland Cove

Looking for housemate to rent one of three bedrooms in my townhome. The other two bedrooms are occupied by myself and another tenant. We are both respectful and quiet. Internet and utilities included as well as washer and dryer access. No pets, besides small animals which can be kept in cages as there is a puggle here already. I would prefer someone within the ages of 30-55. Must be clean and have held a job for over 6 months. I do occasionally drink and I am okay with smokers as long as you clean up after yourself and do not do it inside. Credit and income verification required.
