Im a single mom. My son is 25 and him and i live here. You would have your own room. Shared bathroom with me. I currently hang out in the front room and sleep on the couch. Always done that. Im cool with it. im totally cool. You are free to di what you want. Wont get in your business. I cook with a microwave and crock pot. If you want the stove on you would have to get the account with the gas dept. All utilities i pay. So rent only. We are totally cool and have a small dog. 2 lizards and 2 birds.
