This includes Free Ultra High speed internet, free Cable, access to laundry room, kitchen, and private pool. Rent is $550/monthly with non refundable $50 deposit upon move in. Tennant must be employed and a clean background. This is an Ideal location for State Farm Claims Adjusters as we are located within 2 miles of State Farm. Room will be available on 1/1/2019, but with prior arrangement we are able to show it prior. you can opt to pay Bi-weekly after the first month. Rent will be $300 every 2 weeks if this is the case.
